사다리는 통로로 활용하는 것이고, 작업발판으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
사고 근절을 위해서 사업주는 사다리 대신 이동식비계 또는 말비계 같은 안전한 작업발판 제공
작업자는 안전모 착용, 안전대 사용(부착설비에 부착)
